WWE RAW Preview (8/19/24)

It’s almost time for WWE RAW!

Tonight’s edition of the red brand goes down at FLA Live Arena in Fort Lauderdale, FL. CM Punk, Gunther, Damian Priest, Jey Uso, Drew McIntyre, and Liv Morgan are scheduled to appear.

Here’s what’s on tap for 8/19 Monday Night RAW.

Six-man tag team match on WWE RAW

Odyssey Jones evened the odds for The New Day two weeks ago on RAW. The big man helped Kingston and Woods fend off The Final Testament. Jones would emerge victorious in his singles debut the following week.

After the match, Kofi Kingston challenged The Final Testament to a six-man tag team match against The New Day and their newest recruit Jones. The action goes down tonight at For Lauderdale in Florida.

Sheamus vs. Pete Dunne

Pete Dunne blames Sheamus for leaving The Brawling Brutes on their own. Dunne ditched the name “Butch” during the Celtic Warrior’s in-ring absence due to injury. He’d attack Sheamus in a fit of rage on an edition of WWE RAW in July.

The former tag team partners would go back and forth until Sheamus challenged Dunne to a singles match for 8/19 RAW. Who will come out as the winner in this collision of two former partners and friends?

Triple threat match for WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship

The number one contender’s match last week on WWE RAW ended in DQ after Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn interfered. The pair have been feuding with both Damage CTRL and The Pure Fusion Collective over the women’s tag team titles.

Tonight, the Unholy Alliance put their tag team titles on the line against Kairi Sane-IYO Sky and Shayna Baszler-Zoey Stark in a triple threat WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match. Will there be a new winner?

Randy Orton set to appear on WWE RAW

The Viper is set for a major appearance tonight.

Randy Orton delivered an RKO out of nowhere to Gunther last week on RAW after the World Heavyweight Champion said some terrible things about Orton’s illustrious wrestling family.

Find out Orton’s message for Gunther when RAW goes live.

CM Punk has a message for Drew McIntyre

CM Punk isn’t done with Drew McIntyre.

The Straight Edge Superstar blindsided the Scottish Warrior with a sneak attack last week while McIntyre was attempting to take on Orton. Punk whipped McIntyre’s back with his own belt.

It seems Punk has an idea for his next match with McIntyre just days before WWE travels to Germany for Bash in Berlin.

WrestleZone will have full coverage of RAW as it airs.
